Afsana Khan (born 12 June 1994) is an Indian Punjabi playback singer, actress, and songwriter from Badal village in Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. She comes from a musical family; her late father Sheera Khan and her grandfather were both Punjabi singers, and her brother Khuda Baksh is also a singer. She has four sisters. She has no formal music training but began singing in her village from a young age to support her family after her father's death. She achieved early recognition by placing in the top five of Voice of Punjab Season 3 (2012), and later appeared in Rising Star Season 1, where her performance of 'Jag Suna Suna Lage' impressed the judges. She gained widespread popularity with Punjabi tracks including 'Jatta Sareaam Ve Tu Dhakka Karde' (featuring Sidhu Moosewala) and, most significantly, 'Titliaan' (featuring Harrdy Sandhu, written by Jaani), which surpassed 700 million views on YouTube. In 2021, she participated in Bigg Boss 15, but was ejected from the house in week 6 after repeatedly violating the show's code of conduct. She married Punjabi singer Saajz in 2022.
