Information We Collect

HousePulse may collect account details from Supabase Auth, such as your name, email, avatar and authentication provider metadata. We also store fan votes, forum activity, comments, reactions and optional contact details you submit.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, prevent duplicate voting, protect community quality, publish user-generated discussions, improve site performance and respond to support or moderation requests.

Authentication and Service Providers

HousePulse uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Google OAuth may be used for sign-in. Hosting, storage, caching and delivery may be handled through Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare and Upstash as the platform evolves.

Public Activity

Forum posts, replies, display names and public profile signals may be visible to other visitors. Do not post private personal information or anything you do not want shown on a public fan platform.

Analytics and Session Recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with HousePulse through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our platform. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to understand how features like voting, forums, and contestant profiles are used. We use this information solely for site optimisation and to improve your experience on HousePulse.

We also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure traffic and engagement across the platform.
