Anupama Bhat is a Kannada television actress and anchor. She is the sister of celebrated classical playback singer Anuradha Bhat, and was raised in a family deeply passionate about music. She began her small-screen journey as a VJ for the reality cookery show Kitchen There on Udaya TV, before establishing herself as a popular morning show anchor and actress in the Kannada television industry. Her warm, relatable on-screen personality earned her a loyal audience base. In 2014, she participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2, lasting 90 days in the house and finishing in sixth place, one of the longest-staying contestants of that season.
