Arohi Rao (real name Anjali) is a Telugu television anchor and actress from Warangal, Telangana. She had a difficult childhood - her mother died due to illness, and after her father remarried and left, she was raised by her grandmother. These hardships, which she shared openly on the Bigg Boss Season 6 launch night, shaped her resilience and made her an empathetic on-screen personality. She built her media career as an anchor and news presenter, gaining recognition through her work on TV9 Telugu's Ismart News programme, where her co-anchor RJ Surya Narayana was also a cast member.
