Bala Aditya (also written Baladitya) is a Telugu film and television actor from Hyderabad, Telangana, who began his career as a child artist. He started performing in the Telugu film industry in the early 1990s, becoming one of the era's most recognisable young faces. He played a notable early role in Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam (1991) and delivered a celebrated performance in the blockbuster Anna (1994). His most critically acclaimed childhood performance came in the tear-jerking drama Little Soldiers (1996) - a film about child labourers - which became a touchstone Telugu film. He made his debut as a male lead in Chantigadu (2003, dir. B.A. Jaya) and later appeared in the period drama 1940 Lo Oka Gramam (2010). In September 2022, he entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6 as one of the original contestants. On the launch night, host Nagarjuna surprised him with a special gift before he entered the house. He was evicted in a double eviction in Week 10 (Day 69), finishing 12th overall.
