Chalaki Chanti (real name Vinay Mohan) is a Telugu comedian, actor, and former radio jockey from Hyderabad, Telangana. He began his professional life working in a corporate firm, where he gained a reputation for his natural comic talent and facial expressions. He was spotted during this period and moved into radio jockeying at a popular FM channel in Hyderabad, where he earned the nickname 'Chanti' that became his stage name. He later transitioned to television comedy through the popular ETV Telugu comedy show Jabardasth, which became his primary platform for fame and recognition. He also appeared in Telugu films including Bhale Bhale Magadivoy (2015) and Nela Ticket (2018). He married in April 2016, overcoming his in-laws' initial objections - a personal story he shared on the Bigg Boss launch stage. On the launch night, he also spoke about losing his mother when young and his father subsequently leaving the family. In September 2022, he entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6 as the 5th contestant introduced on launch night. He was evicted in Week 5 (Day 35), finishing 17th overall.
