Dodda Narasiah Ganesh is a former Indian cricketer born on 30 June 1973 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Known popularly as Dodda Ganesh, he represented the Karnataka cricket team in first-class cricket from 1994 to 2005, taking 365 wickets from 104 matches, including 299 wickets at an average of 27.09 for Karnataka. He began his career as a wicket-keeper and opening batsman before transitioning to right-arm seam bowling. He represented India at the international level in 1997, playing in 4 Test matches and 1 ODI. After retiring from cricket, he served as a bowling coach for the Goa cricket team. He later joined the left-leaning political party Janata Dal (Secular). In 2016-17, he participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 4 as a celebrity contestant, finishing seventeenth in the season.
