Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is an Indian actress, model, and lawyer born on 11 December 1994 in New Delhi. After facing bullying during her school years over her weight, she channelled her experiences into personal resilience and later pursued a law degree alongside her modelling career. She won the title of Femina Miss Manipur 2018 and was among the top 12 of Femina Miss India 2018. She was featured in B Praak's music video Masstaani and in the 2018 educational film Who Said Boys Can't Wear Makeup. In 2019, she made her acting debut with the dual role of Meher Kaur Dhillon Gill and Seher Kaur Gill Babbar in the Colors TV drama Choti Sarrdaarni, which she continued until 2022. In 2022–23, she participated in Bigg Boss Season 16, serving as captain for a significant portion of the season, and finished sixth. She subsequently participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.
