Parag Kanhere is an Indian celebrity chef and culinary entrepreneur from Pune, Maharashtra. He built his reputation as a chef and food expert through appearances on Marathi television cooking programmes, gaining a following for his recipes and culinary knowledge. In 2019, he participated in Bigg Boss Marathi Season 2 on Colors Marathi, hosted by Mahesh Manjrekar. On Day 31 (Week 5), he was ejected from the house after getting into a serious physical altercation - he slapped co-contestant Neha Shitole and was involved in a physical fight with singer Vaishali Mhade, causing a major disturbance in the house. Bigg Boss removed him from the show immediately for the rule violation. He finished 13th overall.
