Pradeep Antony (பிரதீப் அண்டனி) is an Indian actor, director, creative consultant, and copywriter born on 20 March 1990 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He attended Vana Vani Matriculation Higher Secondary School and holds a degree in Visual Communication. He is a close friend of actor Kavin. He has worked as a creative visualizer for Rubecon, Banana BrandWorks, and Lowe Lintas, and was a freelance film reviewer for BookMyShow. He made his first appearance in the Tamil film industry working as assistant director on Arun Prabu Purushothaman's Aruvi (2016), a socio-political Tamil drama starring Aditi Balan. He then appeared as an actor in Vaazhl (2021, lead role as Prakash) and gained wider recognition for his portrayal of Saravanan in the commercially successful Dada (2023, starring Kavin and Amritha Aiyer). He also appeared in a brief role in Karathey Babu. He entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 7 in October 2023. During Week 5, following multiple complaints from female contestants about crossing physical boundaries, verbal abuse, and conduct violations, he was removed from the house with a red card — the first ejection in Season 7 — and finished twentieth overall. He subsequently married Pooja Shakthi on 7 November 2024.
