Rithu Chowdary (రిథు చౌదరి) is an Indian actress, television anchor, and presenter born on 25 December 1995 in Hyderabad, Telangana, into a Hindu family. Her father's name is Shekhar and her brother is Jathin Chowdary. She completed her schooling in Hyderabad and graduated from St. Mary's College. She began her career as an anchor on the Star Maa Music channel before participating in Pradeep Machiraju's Pelli Choopulu show (2018). She made her Telugu television serial debut with Gorintaku (2019), followed by Suryavamsam and the popular daily soap Inti Guttu, in which her emotional performance and screen presence earned her widespread appreciation. She also made her film debut with Mouname Ishtam and appeared in the blockbuster Uppena (2021). Beyond serials and films, she entertained audiences through comedy shows Sridevi Drama Company and Jabardasth, and launched a YouTube channel in 2021 that grew to over 70k subscribers. In 2025, she entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 9 and was evicted in Week 13, finishing seventh. She has over 1 million Instagram followers.
