Srujan Lokesh (born 28 June 1980) is an Indian actor, television presenter, radio presenter, and producer who works in the Kannada film industry. He was born in Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, into a celebrated Kannada film family - his father was the veteran actor Lokesh, his mother is actress and producer Girija Lokesh, and his grandfather Subbaiah Naidu was among the first heroes of Kannada silent films. Srujan began his career as a child actor, making his big-screen debut with Neela Megha Shyama (2002). He went on to play supporting roles in several films before establishing himself as a popular television host with shows like Sye (a dance reality show) and later Maja with Sruja, a satirical current-affairs programme that earned him widespread recognition. In 2013, he co-founded Lokesh Productions with his mother Girija Lokesh, which has produced successful shows including Challenge, Chota Champion, and Majaa Talkies - a sketch comedy series in which Srujan has remained a central figure. He won the Suvarna Channel award for Best Anchor in 2011 and the Maadyama award for Best Anchor in 2012 and 2013. He participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2 in 2014, finishing as runner-up.
