Tanvi Kolte is an Indian actress, model, and social media influencer born on 7 February 1998 in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Despite hailing from a coastal town, she pursued a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science in Pune before pivoting to the entertainment industry. She began her career in modelling, winning the Miss Ratnagiri 2018 and Miss Goa Kavthani 2020 titles before transitioning to acting. She gained wider recognition through her portrayal of Sinchana in the popular Marathi daily soap Lakshmi Niwas on Colors Marathi and Zee Yuva. In January 2026, she left the show to enter Bigg Boss Marathi Season 6 — hosted by Riteish Deshmukh — as a contestant paired with Ayush Salunke. Nicknamed the 'Dhakkad Girl' for her fearless gameplay and outspoken personality, she became one of the season's most visible contestants and went on to win the show at the grand finale on 19 April 2026, taking home a trophy, ₹15 lakh cash, an electric scooter, and a ₹10 lakh jewellery voucher.
