Nehha Pendse Bayas (born 29 November 1984) is an Indian actress and producer from Mumbai, known for her work across Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam films and television. The daughter of Vijay and Shubhangi Pendse, her elder sister Meenal Pendse is also an actress. She began as a child artist at age ten in television and debuted in Bollywood with Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin (1999). She made industry inroads in Telugu with Sontham (2002) and Tamil with Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002), and appeared in notable Hindi films including Devdas (2002) and Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari (2020). Her widest Hindi television following came through the sitcom May I Come In Madam? (Life OK, 2016–17) as the glamorous boss Sanjana Hiteshi, a role she reprised in Season 2 on Star Bharat (2023–24). She co-produced and starred in the acclaimed Marathi film June (2021), winning the Filmfare Award Marathi for Best Actress. She participated in Bigg Boss 12 in September 2018, lasting 27 days before eviction in week 4, finishing seventeenth. She married businessman Shardul Singh Bayas in January 2020.
Her lead role as Sanjana Hiteshi in the Life OK sitcom May I Come In Madam? (2016–17) and for winning the Filmfare Award Marathi for Best Actress for June (2021).
