Neil Bhatt is an Indian television actor, dancer, and choreographer born on 4 August 1987 in Vadodara (Baroda), Gujarat, into a Gujarati Brahmin family. He is the son of Sunita and Himanshu Bhatt, and grew up in Mumbai. He studied law but his passion always lay in performing arts. He trained in gymnastics, Capoeira martial arts, and dance (he won the dance reality show Kaboom in 2008). His television career began with serials like 12/24 Karol Bagh (Zee TV), Diya Aur Baati Hum (Star Plus), and Gulaal before his breakout role as the antagonist Ranveer Singh Vaghela in Roop - Mard Ka Naya Swaroop (Colors TV, 2018). He achieved his greatest fame as DCP Virat Chavan in the mega-hit Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin (Star Plus, 2020-2023), winning multiple awards. He made his Gujarati film debut in Bhanwar (2017), winning two Gujarat State Awards for Best Actor Debut and Best Choreographer. He met his wife Aishwarya Sharma on the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin; they married on 30 November 2021 in Ujjain. In October 2023, he entered Bigg Boss Season 17 as a couple with Aishwarya. He was evicted in Week 11 (Day 76), finishing 12th overall.
