Tukali Manasa is an Indian television personality and actress from Karnataka. She is married to Tukali Santhosh, who was a contestant on Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10. She gained recognition in the Kannada entertainment world through her runner-up finish on the comedy reality show Gicchi Gili Gili Season 3 (Colors Kannada), where her comic timing and sweet, endearing personality made her a fan favourite among viewers. On 29 September 2024, she entered Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11 on Day 1. She was evicted in Week 4 (Day 34), finishing 16th.
