Heena Panchal is an Indian dancer, actress, and model born on 3 April 1990 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She built her career as a professional Bollywood dancer and background performer before transitioning to acting. She appeared in Bollywood films including Life Mein Twist Hai (2014) and Miss Tanakpur Hazir Ho (2015), and was included as a Forbes India Celebrity 100 Nominee in 2015. She was featured in the song Bore Ho Gayi (2019). In 2020, she participated in the Colors TV reality show Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, competing alongside other female contestants for Bigg Boss 13 fame Paras Chhabra. In 2019, after Shivani Surve's exit from the house, she entered Bigg Boss Marathi Season 2 on Colors Marathi as the first wildcard entrant on Day 21 (Week 3). She spent 63 days in the house and was evicted in Week 12, finishing 7th overall.
