R. Sabarinathan, popularly known as Sabari Nathan, is an Indian actor, television anchor, and content creator based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Born on 31 January 1992, he began his career through short films and YouTube content as one of the founding members of the popular Tamil YouTube channel Blacksheep, which gave him early recognition among young audiences. He transitioned to mainstream Tamil television, gaining a loyal fanbase through his roles in Velaikkaran (2020–2021) on Vijay TV and later playing the lead character Sakthivel in the family drama Ponni (2023–2025) on Star Vijay. He has also appeared in Tamil films including VIP 2 (2017), Natpe Thunai (2019), and Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Ooduraja (2019). In 2025, he entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9 as a contestant and went on to become the first runner-up at the grand finale on 18 January 2026.
