Faima Sheikh is a Telugu comedian and television actress from Hyderabad, Telangana. She comes from a humble background and worked at various odd jobs - including in agricultural fields, hospitals, tailoring, and making beedis (traditional cigarettes) - to support herself before breaking into television. She gained her first TV exposure on ETV Plus's Pataas Show (hosted by Sreemukhi and Ravi), performing with comedian Praveen. She subsequently appeared on Pove Pora (hosted by Vishnupriya Bheemineni and Sudigaali Sudheer) and the Telugu reality game show Sixth Sense Season 4 (Star Maa, 2021). She came to wide prominence in 2022 through her performances on ETV's popular comedy show Jabardasth and its extended edition Extra Jabardasth - initially as part of Avinash's team, then performing with comedians Jeevan and Bhaskar. Her comic timing, relatability, and self-deprecating humour won her a strong fan following. She also appeared on Sridevi Drama Company (ETV). She runs the YouTube lifestyle vlog channel 'Falaknama Faima'. In September 2022, she entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6. In Week 11, Bigg Boss granted her an Eviction-Free Pass - a shield that allowed her to survive one eviction. She was evicted in Week 13 (Day 90), finishing 8th overall.
