Arjun Ambati (born Nagarjuna Reddy Ambati; 16 August 1986 in Vijayawada, Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh) is an Indian actor, model, and television presenter who works in Telugu cinema and television. He completed his schooling in Vijayawada and later pursued intermediate and postgraduate education in Visakhapatnam, holding a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. He worked as a software developer for two years before transitioning to full-time acting. He began his acting career in 2014 under the screen name Arjun Yajath and gained significant attention for his performance as a transgender character in the Telugu film Arddhanaari (2016), in which he played both male and female roles. He is also known for his work in Telugu serials including Agnisakshi and Devatha - Anubandhala Alayam. Beyond acting, he has co-hosted various programmes including Sridevi Drama Company and the Pro Kabaddi League on Star Sports. He is married to Surekha Ambati. In October 2023, he entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 as a wildcard contestant in Week 5. He quickly became one of the most popular housemates, finishing as fifth place (sixth overall) after spending 70 days in the house.
