Amruta Deshmukh is a Marathi television actress based in Pune, Maharashtra. She began her television career with Star Pravah's Tumcha Aamcha Same Asta and subsequently appeared in the web series Freshers, which gave her a presence among younger digital audiences. She is best known on television for her lead role in Sony Marathi's Mi Tujhich Re. She is in a relationship with Marathi actor Prasad Jawade, who was a fellow contestant alongside her on Bigg Boss Marathi Season 4. Both entered the house as original contestants. In October 2022, she entered Bigg Boss Marathi Season 4. She was evicted in Week 11 (Day 77) alongside choreographer Vikas Sawant, finishing 8th overall.
