Aswini Shree (also spelled Ashwini Sri) is an Indian actress, model, and B.Tech engineer from Hyderabad, Telangana. She completed her engineering degree at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal - one of India's most prestigious technical universities - before choosing to pursue a career in modelling and acting. Her Instagram bio reads: 'Engineer-actor-dreamer-NITW.' She launched her acting career with the Telugu film Vinodam 100 Percent (2016) alongside Sampoornesh Babu, and subsequently appeared in Ameerpeta Lo (2016), B.Tech Babulu (2017), Jayikkira Kudhira, and Nuvvu Nenu Osey Orey. She also built a significant social media presence, with hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram. In October 2023, she entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 as a wildcard contestant in the show's 'mini-launch' in Week 5. She was evicted in Week 12 after 48 days in the house.
