Deepika Das (ದೀಪಿಕಾ ದಾಸ್) is an Indian actress and model born on 23 February 1993 in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She completed her schooling at Jain International Residential School, Karnataka, and earned a B.Des in Fashion Communication from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bengaluru. She began her acting career with the Telugu film Mr. Manmadha (2013) before debuting in Kannada cinema with Rangan Style (2014), followed by Doodh Sagar (2014), Kanji Pinji (2016), Ee Manase (Telugu), and several other productions. Her television breakthrough came with the popular Zee Kannada serial Naagini (2016), in which she played the lead role of Amrutha - an Ichchadhari Naagin (shape-shifting cobra). The show ran for over two years and made her a household name in Karnataka. She also appeared in the ETV Kannada serial Dream Girl (2017). In 2019, she participated in Bigg Boss Kannada Season 7, finishing in fourth place. She is a cousin of Kannada superstar Yash. In 2022, she competed in the dance reality show Dance Karnataka Dance Season 2 (Star Suvarna) before entering Bigg Boss Kannada Season 9. She was evicted mid-season but dramatically re-entered the house in Week 9 (Day 58), going on to finish as the second runner-up on 31 December 2022. Post-Bigg Boss, she appeared in the films Paru Parvathy (2025) and other productions.
