Dolly Bindra is an Indian actress and comedian born on 20 January 1970 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She began working in Bollywood at the age of 18 and built her career primarily through supporting and comic roles across more than three decades in Hindi cinema and television. Her film career includes appearances in Hum Sab Ek Hain, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001, opposite Sunny Deol), Tara Rum Pum (2007), Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal (2007), Krazzy 4 (2008), Gadar 2 (2023), and Dabangg 3 (2019, in a cameo as Chinti Walia). She has also appeared in several stage shows across her career. She entered Bigg Boss 4 in October 2010 as a wildcard contestant in Week 3 and rapidly became one of the most controversial and talked-about figures in the history of the show. Her persistent, high-decibel arguments — most memorably her explosive shouting match with winner Shweta Tiwari — became legendary and propelled Bigg Boss 4 to record viewership. She was evicted mid-season but was brought back on Day 57 (Week 9) as a re-entrant. Despite her combative image, she reached the grand finale, finishing as third runner-up (4th place) on 8 January 2011.
