Bio
Firoz Khan Abdul Azeez, popularly known as Kidilam Firoz or RJ Kidilam, is an Indian radio jockey, actor, short film director, scriptwriter, philanthropist, and author born on 27 December 1982 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. His father's name is Abdul Azeez and his mother's name is Nusaifa Beevi. His brother, Faizal A. Azeez, works at My Concept, Trivandrum. He did his schooling at GHSS Venjaramoodu, Trivandrum, and graduated with a B.Sc. in Zoology from University College, Thiruvananthapuram. He is married to Veena Nair and they have twin daughters named Daya Firoz and Diya Firoz. He began his career as a VJ and associate producer at Asianet in 2004, then joined BIG FM 92.7 in 2007 as an RJ, later becoming Executive Producer of Content. He set the Limca World Record by performing non-stop radio jockeying for 105 hours, becoming the first Malayali RJ to achieve this distinction. He has acted in, scripted, and directed Malayalam films and short films including Thaniyavarthanam (2014), 69 (2014), Kallu (2020), and Malayali Shaji Poliyanu (2020). He spearheaded the large-scale public de-addiction awareness drive 'Vande Keralam'. His book The Book of Love was published by Green Pepper Public in 2021. He entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 3 on 14 February 2021. Known for his wit, outspoken nature, and sharp opinions, he became one of the season's most memorable finalists, finishing sixth overall on 1 August 2021.
