Madhoo Nekkanti (మాధూ నేక్కంటి), popularly known as Bezawada Bebakka ('Bebakka' meaning 'crazy' in Telugu), is an Indian singer, comedian, actress, and anchor born on 31 May 1996 in Sayreville, New Jersey, USA, into a Telugu family originally from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Her father Nekkanti Venkateswara Rao is a businessman, her mother Nekkanti Lakshmi is a homemaker, and her grand-uncle is the celebrated Telugu director K. Raghavendra Rao. She completed her schooling in Vijayawada and moved to the United States for higher education, eventually becoming a US citizen while remaining deeply rooted in her Telugu identity. She began her entertainment career as a playback singer, debuting with the Telugu film Ori Devudoy (2015). She has subsequently sung for multiple Telugu films and served as an event host across Telugu community events in the United States, including the Eficens E2K Cricket event (Columbus, Ohio, 2022). She worked in the advertising department of Paatasala, a Telugu-language school in Milpitas, California. She launched her YouTube channel in 2020, posting daily vlogs and stand-up comedy - her mimicry of Manchu Lakshmi went viral and significantly grew her Instagram following (163,000+). She has appeared in films including 24 Kisses, Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu, ABCD, and Enkateswarlu Endipette (2021), and in the ZEE5 web series Shoot-out At Alair as Srikanth's wife. She also participated in Star Maa's Great Telugu Laughter Challenge (2018). In September 2024, she entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8 from Day 1 and was evicted in Week 1, finishing twenty-second and last overall.
