Nandhini R (known as VJ Nandhini) is an Indian yoga teacher, model, fitness influencer, and television anchor born in 1995 in Vadavalli, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She faced difficult circumstances early in life — losing her father in 2009 and her mother to cancer in 2018 — before moving to Chennai to pursue her career in media and wellness. She is a certified yoga instructor who teaches Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga and promotes holistic wellness through her social media platforms. She has also worked as a television anchor for Tamil film promotional events, including for the film Kannappa, and appeared in short films and character roles. In October 2025, she entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9 as a contestant. On Day 5, a heated argument triggered an anxiety attack, following which she voluntarily walked out of the house to prioritise her health.
