Neelam Giri (नीलम गिरी) is an Indian actress, dancer, and model primarily active in the Bhojpuri film and music industry, born on 3 September 1997 in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. Her father owned a small hardware shop, and she grew up alongside an elder sister Nisha and twin younger brothers Nishal and Navin. She completed her schooling at St. Michael's High School, Patna. She was discovered on TikTok by Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh, who featured her in the massively popular music video Dhaniya Hamaar Naya Badi Ho. She made her Bhojpuri film debut in Babul (2021), followed by Ijjat Ghar (2022), Tun Tun, Kalakand, and Just Married. She has worked alongside leading Bhojpuri stars including Khesari Lal Yadav and Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua, and appeared on the singing reality show Sur Sangram (2023). Affectionately nicknamed the 'Dhak-Dhak Girl', she has amassed over 4.9 million Instagram followers. In 2025, she entered Bigg Boss 19 and was evicted in Week 11, finishing twelfth overall.
