Noel Sean (born 28 November 1982 in Hyderabad, Telangana) is an Indian rapper, singer, actor, music composer, radio jockey, and television host who has worked predominantly in the Telugu film and music industry. He was born into a South Indian Christian family; his father, Samuel Sean, is a retired defence employee, and his mother, Sarah Sean, is a homemaker; he has three siblings. He attended DLS Research Centre Imarat, Telangana, for schooling and Defence Laboratory College, Telangana, for intermediate studies, before earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sri Venkateswara College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad. After graduation he worked as a web designer at Cognizant. His entry into entertainment came when college friend Pallela Ravishankar, an archery coach, introduced him to casting director Teja. While filming his debut Telugu film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge (2006), he met director Krishna, who introduced him to legendary music director M.M. Keeravani. Keeravani gave him his first break as a rapper with a track in S.S. Rajamouli's Vikramarkudu (2006) - establishing Noel as Tollywood's pioneering rap voice. He subsequently acted in Mantra (2007), Nenu Meeku Telusa (2008), Magadheera (2009), Nannaku Prematho (2015), Kumari 21F (2015) in the antagonist role of Shankar, Hello Guru Prema Kosame (2018), and Rangasthalam (2018) as Erra Srinu. He composed music for numerous songs including a Baahubali tribute track (2015) and released viral covers like Despacito Telugu Cover. He worked as an RJ for Red FM 93.5 and has hosted Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs on Gemini TV and Super Kutumbam. He established the Telugu musical ensemble 'The Shake Group' with artists including Ananta Sriram and Ramya Behara. He married actress Ester Noronha in 2019 and the couple announced their divorce in October 2020. In 2020, Noel participated in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 4 but had to voluntarily exit the house on Day 54 (Week 8) due to health issues, finishing eleventh overall.
