Prasad Jawade is a Marathi television actor from Pune, Maharashtra. He began his career in the entertainment industry through the reality talent show Maharashtracha Superstar on Zee Marathi, which gave him his first major exposure. He subsequently built a career in Marathi television serials, with his best-known roles in the long-running Zee Marathi daily soap Arundhati (2011-2015) and Ase He Kanyadan - both of which gave him strong recognition among Marathi TV audiences. He has been in a relationship with Marathi actress Amruta Deshmukh, who was also a fellow contestant on Bigg Boss Marathi Season 4. The two entered the Bigg Boss house as part of the same season, with their relationship a point of discussion inside the house. In October 2022, he entered Bigg Boss Marathi Season 4 as one of the original contestants. He remained in the house for 90 days before being evicted in Week 13 (Day 91), finishing 7th overall.
