Ramzan Muhammed, fondly known as 'RM', is an Indian dancer and actor born on 9 April 1999 in Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala, into a Muslim family. His father is Nazar Perumthara and his mother is Raseena Nazar. He has two elder brothers, Raseek Nas and Rasal Nas, and a younger sister, Risana Nas. He did his schooling at Co-operative Public School, Muvattupuzha, and completed his Plus Two at Ebenezer Higher Secondary School, Veettoor, Ernakulam. He began his training in classical dance during preschool and went on to master contemporary forms, developing an original self-taught choreographic style. He made his film debut as a child artist in Ee Pattanathil Bhootham (2009) and appeared in uncredited roles in Doctor Love (2011), Three Kings (2011), Ee Adutha Kaalath (2012), and Mayapuri-3D (2014). In 2011 he appeared in an advertisement for Minute Maid Nimbu Fresh. He rose to fame by winning D 4 Dance Season 1 (Mazhavil Manorama, 2014) - the popular dance reality show - and played himself in the feature film Dance Dance (2017). He has appeared in films Kidu (2018) and Marconi Mathai (2019), and in 2020 featured in the sci-fi French-Italian film Last Words. That same year he served as a mentor on Zee Keralam's Dance Kerala Dance, winning Best Mentor alongside his contestant Amritha VT. He also participated in Kerala School Kalolsavam 2018, earning Grade A in mono-act, folk dance, and mime. A viral YouTube video of him dancing with actress Saniya Iyappan to 'Ang Laga De' accumulated millions of views. He entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 3 on 14 February 2021 and reached the grand finale on 1 August 2021, finishing in fourth place.
