Rayan is a Tamil television actor and model born on 6 June 2000 in Surappattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He attended Velammal Vidhyashram in Surappattu. A fitness enthusiast and Royal Enfield rider, he also plays football and owns a Volkswagen Polo GT. He made his television debut in the Sun TV serial Roja (2018) before gaining wider recognition through his antagonist role as Arjuna in the popular Star Vijay family drama Thamizhum Saraswathiyum (2021). He subsequently appeared in Panivizhum Malarvanam on Star Vijay. He is also a fashion model who has been featured in print campaigns and music videos, including the song Mokka Kaadhal by Chris G (2023). In November 2024, he entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8 as a wildcard contestant on Day 28, quickly becoming one of the most popular figures in the house. He went on to finish as the Fourth Runner-Up at the grand finale on 19 January 2025.
