Shivani Mangesh Surve is an Indian actress born on 29 August 1993 in Satara, Maharashtra, to Mangesh Surve and Manali Surve. She has two sisters, Samiksha Surve and Tanu Surve. She completed her schooling at Sadhana Vidyalaya, Sion, Mumbai, and her junior college at Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Mumbai (correspondence). She made her television debut at age 7 in the Bhojpuri film Ganga Mili Sagar Se, and entered mainstream Indian TV in 2011 with the Star Plus serial Phulwa as Champa. She subsequently appeared in Navya..Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal (2011-12), and made her Marathi debut in Devyani (Star Pravah, 2012) - a lead role she left in 2013. Other TV credits include Sundar Maza Ghar, Tu Jeevala Guntvave, Anamika, Jaana Na Dil Se Door (Star Plus, 2016-17, as Vividha Kashyap), Laal Ishq, and Ek Deewaana Tha (Sony TV, 2018, as Shivani Bedi). In 2019, she made her Marathi film debut with Triple Seat (directed by Milind Kavade), winning the Filmfare Award Marathi for Best Female Debut. In 2019, she entered Bigg Boss Marathi Season 2 on Day 1. On Day 20, she left the house citing health issues (a physical altercation with Veena Jagtap during a task was also reported). She re-entered as a wild card on Day 48 (Week 7). She was ultimately placed 4th overall. She married actor Ajinkya Nanaware on 1 February 2024, in Thane.
