Shonali Nagrani is an Indian model, actress, and television presenter born on 13 September 1981 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her education in Mumbai and built her career in modelling before her pageant breakthrough. She won the Femina Miss India Universe title in 2004 and went on to represent India at the Miss Universe 2004 pageant held in Ecuador. Her modelling career included high-profile print campaigns and runway work in India, and she later transitioned to television presenting and acting. In October 2011, she entered Bigg Boss 5 on Colors TV as one of the original contestants. She was eliminated in Week 11 (Day 76), finishing seventh overall.
