Sontineni Sivaji (born 30 June 1977 in Narasaraopet, Guntur district - now Palnadu district - Andhra Pradesh) is an Indian actor, voice actor, and former politician. He began his career as a video editor at Gemini TV before being offered a role in a television serial, which launched his acting career in the Telugu film industry. He appeared in supporting and comedic roles in several major Telugu and Tamil productions including Kushi (2001), Indra (2002), Jalsa (2008), and Kousalya Supraja Rama (2008). His first hit as a male lead was Missamma (2003), opposite Bhumika Chawla and Laya. He also won the Nandi Award for Best Male Dubbing Artist for his voice work for Nitin in Dil. After 15 years in the industry, he produced and starred in the film Taj Mahal (2010). He has appeared in more than 70 films across Telugu and Tamil cinema. Politically, Sivaji was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party from 2014 to 2015 before leaving citing ideological differences. He later aligned with the Telugu Desam Party and was a vocal advocate for Andhra Pradesh's special category status, staging hunger strikes on the issue. He participated in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 in 2023 and finished as the second runner-up after 104 days.
