Sampurna Lahiri is an Indian actress and film producer born on 21 February 1991 in Kolkata, West Bengal. She made her television debut with the Star Jalsha serial Tare Ami Chokhe Dekhini (2009-2011), which established her as a familiar face among Bengali television audiences. She made her film debut with Goraay Gondogol (2012) and followed it with a notable appearance in Pratim D. Gupta's Paanch Adhyay (2012, featuring Dia Mirza), playing Ranjabati Sen. Her breakthrough in Bengali cinema came with her role as Laboni in Anjan Dutt's Byomkesh Phire Elo (2014, starring Abir Chatterjee as Byomkesh Bakshi), followed by appearances in Take One (2014), Sangabora (2016), Byomkesh (Colors Bangla TV serial), and Mahanayak (Star Jalsha, 2016). She played the antagonist Maya in the supernatural drama Nojor (Star Jalsha, 2019). She also appeared in the web series Bou Keno Psycho and in the political film Shankar Mudi (2019). In 2021 she co-founded Small Taalk Ideas LLP alongside producer Rahul Bhanja, marking her transition into film production. Their debut production, Mini (2022, dir. Mainak Bhaumik, starring Mimi Chakraborty), was a critical and commercial success. She entered Bigg Boss Bangla Season 1 in June 2013 and was evicted in Week 6, finishing in 12th place.
