Arshi Khan (born 29 November 1989) is an Indian model, actress, internet celebrity, and reality television personality. Of Pashtun heritage — her grandfather migrated from Afghanistan to Bhopal — she grew up in Bhopal where she completed her schooling and graduated, and is a qualified physiotherapist. She later moved to Mumbai to pursue modelling and acting. She won Miss Glory Earth (2014) and Miss Bikini Online Contest (2014) before making her screen debut in The Last Emperor, Bollywood's first 4D film. She rose to national prominence through Bigg Boss 11 (2017), where her outspoken, controversial personality made her one of the season's most-talked-about figures — becoming Google India's second-most searched entertainer of 2017. In 2018, she alleged she had been removed from Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi at the behest of Vikas Gupta. She joined the Indian National Congress party for the 2019 general elections. She has also appeared in the dance sequence 'Bidi Jalaile' in Bitti Business Wali. In January 2021, she entered Bigg Boss 14 as a 'Challenger' wildcard contestant in Week 10 (Day 70). She was evicted in Week 19 (Day 125), finishing 8th overall.
