Rubina Dilaik (born 26 August 1987 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh) is an Indian television actress, among the highest-paid in the industry. She is the daughter of BJP politician Gopal Dilaik and homemaker Shakuntala Dilaik, and attended St. Bede's College, Shimla, where she also won the Miss Shimla contest (2006). She won Miss North India in 2008 before moving to Mumbai to pursue acting. She became a household name through the lead role of Radhika in Zee TV's Chotti Bahu (2008–2010). Her career reached its zenith with the lead role of the transgender character Soumya Singh in Colors TV's Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki (2016–2022), for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress (Hindi Television) 2022 and the ITA Award for Best Actress. She made her Bollywood debut in the film Ardh (2022) opposite Rajpal Yadav. She married co-star and Bigg Boss 14 housemate Abhinav Shukla on 21 June 2018; they have twin daughters (born 2023). In October 2020, she entered Bigg Boss 14 alongside her husband Abhinav Shukla. Over 140 days marked by personal revelations (including discussions of their marriage problems on national television), strategic gameplay, and intense confrontations with Rakhi Sawant, she became the audience's favourite. On 21 February 2021, she was crowned the winner of Bigg Boss 14 by host Salman Khan, taking home a trophy and ₹36 lakh.
