Kashif Qureshi is an Indian martial arts trainer from Mumbai who was selected through a nationwide audition process to represent the 'Common Man' on Bigg Boss 6 (2012) — the season's only non-celebrity contestant. His entry on the show was thematically linked to the season's 'Alag Che!' (It's Different) concept. Inside the house, Kashif quickly became a source of controversy for his confrontational nature and arguments with celebrity housemates including Sapna Bhavnani, Niketan Madhok, and Urvashi Dholakia. A particularly heated altercation with Sapna Bhavnani drew a warning from host Salman Khan. Despite his conflicts with several housemates, he made friends with Aseem Trivedi, Sampat Pal Devi, and Navjot Singh Sidhu. He was evicted in week 2 after 11 days in the house, finishing nineteenth overall.
