Sandhya Manoj is an Indian classical dancer, dance teacher, and yoga instructor born on 1 August 1979, originally from Kerala. She grew up with a deep interest in dance from the age of five and went on to master Odissi, Bharatanatyam, and Mohiniyattam - three classical Indian dance forms. She built her professional life in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she founded and runs a dance academy teaching classical Indian dance. She entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 3 on 14 February 2021 as one of the original housemates, representing the Malaysian Malayali community. Inside the house, a fallout between her and Manikuttan - one of the season's biggest controversies - led to Manikuttan temporarily exiting the show. Despite this, both returned and competed in the finale. Sandhya was evicted in Week 10, finishing twelfth overall.
