Sruthi Lakshmi (born Sruthi Jose; 8 September 1990 in Kannur, Kerala) is an Indian actress, trained classical dancer, and entrepreneur. Her father is Jose and her mother is the actress Lissy Jose; she has an elder sister, Sreelaya, who is also an actress. She is a Knanaya Catholic. She completed her schooling at Government Higher Secondary School, Sreekandapuram, and graduated from Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. She began her career as a child artist in the Asianet horror serial Nizhalukal (2000), written by Ranjith Sankar, and appeared in subsequent serials including Nakshathrangal and Detective Anand during her school years. She made her film debut as Bhama, one of three heroines, in the Malayalam romantic comedy Romeo (2007) opposite Dileep. Her career spans more than 30 Malayalam films, including Bangkok Summer (2011), Hotel California (2013), and Pathemari (2015). On television, her breakthrough came with the leading role of Isha Aravind in the Flowers TV serial Pokkuveyil (2016), for which she won the Kerala State Television Award for Best Actress in 2016. She is married to Dr. Avin Anto (since 2 January 2016) and owns a unisex beauty salon, Sruthi Lakshmi's Beauty Zone, in Thrissur. In March 2023, Sruthi participated in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5. She was evicted in Week 8 (Day 54), finishing thirteenth overall.
