Nutan Naidu (నూతన్ నాయుడు) is an Indian social activist, motivational speaker, politician, and academician born on 5 May 1975 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He is highly educated, holding over eleven degrees and postgraduate qualifications including an M.Phil., Masters in Human Resource Management from Stanford University, Masters in Social Work from Kakatiya University, Masters in Arts (Telugu) from Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, MBA in Management Information Systems, Masters in Education, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Xavier Labour Research Institute, Jamshedpur, among others. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade from Bhavan's Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication & Management, Hyderabad. From childhood, he developed a strong interest in politics and social service. He has worked with several multinational companies in Human Resources and has been actively associated with social campaigns, giving motivational talks across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He is affiliated with Janasena in Vijayawada and has strong political connections across both states. He was the financial backbone for the Samaikyandhra Party in 2014. He is known for his writing of quotes and articles on social media. In June 2018, he entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 2 as the third and last commoner contestant — the 16th contestant introduced. He was the first ever to be placed in the jail in Week 1, and was evicted in Week 2. On Day 53, he re-entered the house after receiving the highest number of public votes. He voluntarily exited on Day 68 due to a shoulder injury sustained in a captaincy task, returned on Day 75, and was finally eliminated on Day 84, finishing ninth overall.
