Hamida Khatoon is an Indian actress and interior designer born on 6 June 1993 in Kolkata, West Bengal. She attended St. Thomas Day School, Kolkata, and completed her graduation from Calcutta University. In 2013, she relocated to Hyderabad with her family to pursue opportunities in the Telugu film industry. She made her Telugu film acting debut in the action-comedy Sahasam Seyara Dimbaka (2015), which starred Adivi Sesh and Supriya Shukla and received considerable attention on its release. She followed this with a role in Bhadram Be Careful Brotheru (2016). Alongside her acting career, she has worked as an interior designer - a vocation she has pursued with equal passion. Despite having limited film credits, she built a social media following and was selected to represent a fresh, unconventional profile on Bigg Boss. In September 2021, she entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 5 hosted by Nagarjuna. She was eliminated in Week 5 (Day 34), finishing fifteenth. She also participated in Bigg Boss Non-Stop (the Telugu OTT edition) in 2022.
