Abhishek Jayadeep is an Indian model and software engineer from Thrissur, Kerala. After completing his engineering degree, he secured a job at Mitsogo Technologies, Kochi in 2019 during his final college year. From January 2021 to September 2022 he worked at Infosys in Pune as a Systems Engineer, later being promoted to Senior Systems Engineer before joining Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Pune as a Senior Systems Engineer in March 2023. Living in Pune, he discovered his sexuality in 2020 and came out to his family and friends in 2023. He became the first Mr. Gay Kerala and subsequently the first runner-up at Mr. Gay World India 2023, using these platforms to advocate for LGBTQ rights. He then began a modelling career alongside his IT career. In April 2024, he entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6 as a wildcard contestant on Day 29. Inside the house, he became involved in a well-publicised confrontation with fellow wildcard Abhishek Sreekumar, who held opposing views on LGBTQ issues. He was eliminated in Week 7, finishing seventeenth.
