Apsara Rathnakaran (also known as Athulya R.S.) is an Indian actress and model from Kerala who works primarily in the Malayalam and Tamil television industries. She began her acting career as a child when she was still in 3rd standard, demonstrating a passion for performance from a very young age. She pursued both acting and modelling alongside her studies, making early marks in Tamil television before gaining wider recognition in Malayalam. She gained significant prominence through her role in the Asianet serial Santhwanam (2020), the Malayalam adaptation of the popular Tamil show Pandian Stores, which became one of Asianet's most-watched serials. Her performances in the serial earned her a strong fan following. In March 2024, she entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6 as one of the original contestants. She was eliminated in Week 11 (Day 75), finishing twelfth.
