Jason Shah is a British actor and fitness model born on 14 December 1987 in Ireland to a British mother and an American father. His mother later remarried an Indian man of Gujarati origin. He attended the New York Film Academy and graduated from the University of Memphis. His multicultural upbringing across Ireland, the United States, and India gives him a distinctively international profile in the Indian entertainment industry. He made his Bollywood debut in Partner (2007, directed by David Dhawan), starring alongside Salman Khan, Govinda, Lara Dutta, and Katrina Kaif — also appearing in the music video for Dupatta Tera Nau Rang Da featuring Katrina Kaif.
