Lobo (real name Mohammed Khayyum) is an Indian actor, anchor, comedian, and tattoo artist from Hyderabad, Telangana. He grew up in Hyderabad and studied only until the 8th standard. As a teenager, in a bold, impulsive move driven by his passion for films, he took money from his father's pocket and travelled to Mumbai without informing his family to try to meet his favourite actress Kajol. He was unable to meet her and, after facing difficulties in Mumbai, moved to Goa. There he worked at a tattoo parlour owned by artist Brad Richardson Lobo, learning the craft professionally. He adopted the surname Lobo in honour of his mentor. He later returned to Hyderabad and opened his own tattoo studio. His entertainment career began as a junior artist in Telugu films before he joined Maa Music as an anchor, most notably for the popular show Hyderabad Express, which he hosted for approximately six years. He became known across the Telugu states for his extremely eccentric fashion sense and colourful, unpredictable personality. He appeared in the Telugu film Idhi Maa Prema Katha (2017) and Oollaalla Oollalla among other productions. In September 2021, he entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 5 hosted by Nagarjuna. His outlandish humour and memorable one-liners made him one of the most entertaining presences in the house. He was eliminated in Week 9 (Day 62), finishing eleventh.
