Mohamed Azeem is an Indian actor, video jockey, and anchor born on 15 December 1990 in Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He studied at Asan Memorial Matric Higher Secondary School, completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science at D.G. Vaishnav College, and later earned an M.Sc. in Visual Communication from Loyola College, Chennai. He began his career as a radio jockey for Radio One during college, then transitioned to video jockeying for Zee Tamil (2008) before moving to Moon TV as a producer (2010) and Sun TV as a host (2012). He made his acting debut in the serial Maya and rose to fame through his lead role as Arjun in Pagal Nilavu (2016) alongside Shivani Narayanan, which earned him multiple Vijay Awards including Favourite Male Actor. He also appeared in serials such as Deivam Thandha Veedu, Priyamanaval, Kadaikutty Singam, and Niram Maratha Pookkal. In October 2022, he entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6 hosted by Kamal Haasan. He won the season on 22 January 2023, taking home the trophy and INR 50 lakh in prize money.
