Sheriina Sam is an Indian actress, supermodel, and entrepreneur born on 24 February 1991 in Kochi, Kerala. Her father, Sam Symon, runs a business in Kuwait, and her mother is Sally Sam. She grew up in Kuwait and Bengaluru, attending The Indian Community School in Kuwait before completing a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University. She entered modelling after a chance encounter with Femina Miss South India auditions at a Pantaloons mall in Bengaluru. She was selected in the top 14, won the Grazia Ford Supermodel of India title, and represented India at the International Ford Supermodel of the World in Montenegro, finishing in the top 10. She modelled for brands including The Chennai Silks, Malabar Gold and Diamonds, and GV Mills, and appeared in Telugu film Nippu (2012) and Kannada film Vyuha (2016). Her Tamil debut came through Samuthirakani's Vinodhaya Sitham (ZEE5, 2021), in which she co-starred alongside Thambi Ramaiah and Samuthirakani. She is also the founder of UVI Studio (photography) and Sayara Motors, both based in Chennai. She entered Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6 in October 2022 and was evicted in Week 4, finishing in 18th place.
