Apurbo Roy is a Bengali comedian and actor from Kolkata, West Bengal. He established himself as a popular face in Bengali entertainment through his comedy performances. In films, he appeared in Kidnapper (2013), played the lead role in Sathya (2016) directed by Shiv Bubun Chatterjee, and appeared in Kablar Biye (2017). In 2016, he participated in Bigg Boss Bangla Season 2 on Colors Bangla, where he was one of the most entertaining personalities in the house, winning two captain positions and finishing 5th overall with 94 days in the house.
